- Preliminary interviews: The team selects the potential candidates based on the requirement of the client
- Short list: Based on the results of the preliminary interviews the short listings of the candidates are done and the profiles are forwarded to the client after proper evaluation
- Client Interview: Based on the clients short listing the interview is scheduling is done
- Feedback: Post interview feedback is taken from both the client and the candidate
- Offer: We actively involve in the negotiation process where we try and match the candidates expectation and the clients final compensation structure
- Closure: This stage consists of finalizing the offer, post offer follow-up, joining date determination
