DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

We are developing and maintaining this online application for managing complete data of the organization like courses, staff and students.

This project consists of Students personal information like contact details, address etc. Course details like various courses enrolled for and on what dates, progress tracker across these courses and marks obtained, exams taken, course dropped etc., payment details like how much was paid and on which date, in case on installment plan then dates and amounts due etc.,

Apart from students, it maintains staff information with login ID for each user (staff). It has 3 types of user rights like instructors, office supervisor and Admin/Super user with different levels of information being visible to them. It track which ID has entered the information or modified a record.

Also, the system giving basic reminders especially for the payment due dates to the respective login Ids and much more.

Online examination can be used by Schools, Universities, and Training Institutes for conducting online evaluation of the students.

One can set a particular date and time at which the exam will start and on the similar ground one can also set the end date and time for the examination. Student can also skip the questions and can come back again to attempt it before submit or complete the exam.
